Questions and Answers for High Meadow Ranch Property Owners, Inc.

Who are we?

High Meadow Ranch Property Owners, Inc. (HMRPO) is a homeowners association representing property owners in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, and 8 of the High Meadow Ranch Subdivision, also known as Barger.

The HMRPO Board of Directors is composed of volunteer property owners who serve without compensation.

Please note that the High Meadow Ranch Water District is a separate legal entity and operates independently from the homeowners association

Meetings

Monthly board meetings are held every third Tuesday at 6:30pm at the Richard Smythe Well House under the water tower on Sauk Trial. All property owners are welcome to listen in as well give a public comment at the end of the meeting.

Annual meeting takes place on the second Saturday in August every year at 10 AM. This meeting is VERY important for property owners to attend!

Roads

The HOA contracts with qualified vendors to maintain the subdivision roads. While the paved road (Iroquois) is maintained by the county, the HOA is responsible for the upkeep of all interior dirt roads within High Meadow Ranch.

A significant portion of annual dues is allocated to snow removal and ongoing road maintenance. Seasonal road work is typically performed each year in May or June, depending on weather conditions and contractor availability.
